Shipping policy

All shipping is at the discretion of the respective manufacturer and all cost associated with the shipping of your furniture is established by the respective carrier.  Dock 2 Deck Furniture has no role in establishing shipping and handling cost from the manufacturers place of manufacture/assembly and generates no profit from the shipping of your products.  

On occasion, Dock 2 Deck Furniture may pick up your order from LuxCraft or PolyConcepts, with your prior approval,  and deliver to an agreed upon location.  In this circumstance all shipping and handling charges are established by Dock 2 Deck Furniture and are to cover the expense of travel time, milage, gas, wear and tear on vehicles, etc.  In every case the charges deemed reasonable by Dock 2 Deck Furniture will always be less than or equal to the shipping charges by FedEx or a freight carrier to deliver your products. In the event you grant Dock 2 Deck Furniture the approval to pick up, transport and deliver your order, Dock 2 Deck Furniture will assume no responsibility for damages, scratches, scrapes, minor defects, etc. that may occur during such transportation. Purchaser agrees to hold Dock 2 Deck Furniture, LLC harmless for any damages, scratches, scrapes, minor defects, etc. as the purchaser acknowledges Dock 2 Deck is not a professional shipping and expediting company and that minor damages, scratches, scrapes, defects may occur during transportation.  The sole purpose of Dock 2 Deck transporting the product is to save the purchaser, in most circumstances,  a significant dollar amount off normal shipping charges.  Purchaser agrees to pay Dock 2 Deck Furniture the full agreed upon invoice cost, including all applicable taxes and agreed upon shipping cost, established when the purchasers order was placed with the manufacturer.
